I had a mixed experience at this resort. On the upside, the location was excellent for skiing, with beautiful views of the slopes from my room. However, the service was a major letdown, as the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful throughout my stay. While I appreciated the large indoor pool and various activities available, the lack of friendly assistance made my overall experience less enjoyable.
